Our classes can provide an excellent outlet for students looking to transform their body or just cultivate their health at a pace that is appropriate for you. Through regular training at USKSA, you will go through a wide range of movements. The movements will help strengthen the body, tone muscle, aid weight loss, improve stamina, and increase flexibility, coordination, and balance.

Tien Shan Pai
The style originated in the Tien Shan mountains of northwestern China. It is well known as an effective self-defense system. Tien Shan Pai self-defense techniques focus on footwork and angled attacks. Students are also trained in qin na (control or lock of an opponent’s joints or muscles/tendons), Shuai Jiao (Chinese wrestling/throwing), san da (set fighting techniques), and self-defense. We offer training in iron palm, pole, and martial qi gong for advanced practitioners.
