Tien Shan Pai

The style originated in the Tien Shan mountains of northwestern China. It is well known as an effective self-defense system. Tien Shan Pai self-defense techniques focus on footwork and angled attacks. Students are also trained in qin na (control or lock of an opponent’s joints or muscles/tendons), Shuai Jiao (Chinese wrestling/throwing), san da (set fighting techniques), and self-defense. We offer training in iron palm, pole, and martial qi gong for advanced practitioners.
